Build Faster, Scale Smarter: New Updates to the Wasabi MSP Program

April 30, 2026

Managed service providers (MSPs) are taking on a bigger role in how solutions are designed and delivered. Customers expect more complete, outcome-driven offerings, and margins depend on how efficiently those solutions are built and scaled. As a result, more MSPs are developing full portfolios on their own infrastructure, where the storage layer has a direct impact on cost, performance, and long-term profitability. Wasabi is evolving our MSP program to support that shift, with incentives that reward early commitment, faster scaling, and stronger economics from the start.

When we analyzed the onboarding journeys of our most successful MSPs, a clear pattern emerged: those who built for scale from day one ramped faster and achieved the margins needed to stay competitive in a crowded market. We’ve applied those insights to create a more intentional approach with the Wasabi MSP Accelerate Program, a new incentive that encourages early commitment and supports long-term growth.

Program details

For MSPs who commit to a Reserved Capacity Storage (RCS) or Pay as You Go Flex contract within their first three months and start with at least 100 TB, there is an opportunity to unlock incremental discounts that grow alongside their business. As capacity increases, so do the rewards: an additional 3% starting at 100 TB, scaling up to 5%, 7%, and up to 9% for partners reaching 1 PB and beyond.

These incentives are designed to compound. They stack on top of the standard 10% MSP discount, as well as term and capacity-based pricing, and once earned, they stay with the partner for the lifetime of the relationship.

Additionally, MSP partners can take advantage of a cross-sell accelerator, which rewards partners who expand their footprint across the Wasabi portfolio. MSPs who purchase an additional contract for a separate Wasabi product, such as Cloud NAS or Wasabi Surveillance Cloud, will receive 15 months of storage when committing to a 12-month RCS or Pay-Go Flex contract.

Partners who commit early put themselves in a stronger position to scale, and their economics improve as they do. Because of that, this opportunity is time-bound. MSPs need to qualify within their first three months and meet the 100 TB threshold to take advantage, reinforcing the value of getting started with the right foundation from day one.

Control and visibility at scale

Managing growth at scale requires the right foundation. Wasabi provides the storage layer behind your solutions, and Wasabi Account Control Manager (WACM) gives you the control needed to manage and scale it with confidence.

With WACM, partners gain centralized, multi-tenant management that brings all customer environments into a single view. This visibility makes it easier to monitor usage, streamline provisioning, and maintain clear oversight of billing as storage consumption grows. The result is greater control, simpler operations, and the ability to scale efficiently without adding unnecessary overhead.

Your customers depend on the solutions you deliver. Those solutions depend on the infrastructure you choose. Our new MSP Accelerate Program is making it easier and more rewarding to build on a storage platform designed for MSP growth. Stronger margins, faster growth, simpler scaling, and expanded services are all within reach.
