Joe joined Wasabi in 2024 and is responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, overseeing people operations, fostering partnerships, and developing strategies for employee growth and advancement. He has worked in various capacities within high-technology companies for over 25 years with his most recent position being the Senior Vice President of People at Reify Health where he spearheaded the development of their people strategies during a phase of rapid expansion. Before that, he contributed to the success of several SaaS-based technology companies, where he was tasked with crafting and executing people strategies. Notably, Joe played a significant role at Mimecast, where he assisted in navigating the company through a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Joe believes in building diverse workforces and providing the tools for success that prioritizes innovation, inclusivity, and employee well-being. Joe is a graduate of Framingham State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Joe lives on Cape Cod where he enjoys being by the ocean, riding his motorcycle along the coast, or photographing its natural beauty. But most of all he enjoys spending time with his 2 children.
