Support Plans

All Wasabi trial and paid customers receive access to a free Wasabi Basic Support plan as part of your Wasabi account. Free Wasabi Basic Support is available during North American (Eastern Time) & European (Central European Time)  business days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A paid Premium Support plan that offers 7 x 24 x 365 response is also available. Please review the details below and contact us with any questions.
