Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious sales Rockstar with proven Inside Sales experience. Wasabi is a red hot technology company located in downtown Boston. We're growing fast and looking to add to our growing sales team. As a Wasabi Inside Sales Representative, you'll work at an office at the Prudential Center in Boston. You'll nurture and sell to warm leads that have been well-cultivated by Wasabi's outstanding marketing team. Those leads will already be considering cloud storage, and often Wasabi's hot cloud storage specifically, as an alternative to antiquated solutions from goliaths like EMC, NetApp, Amazon and Microsoft. You'll have an arsenal of resources to help your prospects learn about the disruptive price, performance and protection benefits of choosing Wasabi.

Responsibilities

Use your proven lead qualification and pipeline management skills, as well as your outstanding communication skills to:

  • Prospect and sell to warm leads by phone and email
  • Host discovery and technical customer meetings
  • Listen and learn about your prospects’ data storage needs
  • Provide consultative advice
  • Present and gain inspired understanding of Wasabi’s disruptive hot cloud storage solution
  • Generate free-trial accounts and customer wins
  • Develop strong customer rapport and trust
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to rapidly isolate ideal prospects and systematically track activity and forecast opportunities

Skills

  • 2 – 3 years of technology ISR experience (storage experience a plus)
  • Disciplined about planning, setting goals, and following up
  • Self-starter, passionate about achieving success
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Coachable and open to feedback on suggested alternative methods and processes
  • Creative team player, willing to make positive suggestions to further the team’s success
  • Enthusiastic about the challenge of working at a start-up
  • Prior experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.com CRM
  • Sales training certification a plus
  • B.A. or B.S. degree
